Refund and Returns Policy
At Blackwork, we sell both digital products and, where applicable, physical products. Because these product types are different by nature, different refund rules apply.
Digital Products
All digital download products sold through https://blackwork.pro are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads, except where required by applicable law.
Physical Products
If Blackwork offers physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- the item must have been purchased directly from https://blackwork.pro
- the item must be unused and returned in its original condition
- the return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- digital download products
- physical items that have been used, damaged, or returned incomplete, unless the issue is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Physical Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, if possible, clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work to resolve it appropriately.
