At Blackwork, we offer both digital products and physical products. Because these product types differ significantly in nature, different return and refund rules apply.
Digital Products
Non-Refundable Digital Products
All digital products sold through Blackwork are delivered electronically and are considered non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once a digital collection, download, or asset has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned.
For this reason, Blackwork does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after purchase, except where required by applicable law.

- Digital Collections
- Image Archives
- Historical Illustrations
- Digital Downloads
- SVG, PNG, EPS, JPG, and related asset packages
Physical Products
Return Eligibility
Physical products purchased directly from Blackwork may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must have been purchased directly from https://blackwork.pro
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned complete and properly packaged
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is caused by our error, an incorrect shipment, or a damaged product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning valuable items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clear photographs of the packaging and product when possible
